Today I’m excited to share a great recipe from my friend Kristine! They are a great / fast /
idiot proof simple go-to recipe that is perfect after a manic monday, when you just don’t have the time or the patience to cook a big feast!
We paired these biscuits with salt & peppered asparagus! EASY.
Kristine’s Ham Biscuits
You will need:
- 1 pack Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/4 lb honey glazed maple ham
- 1/8 lb lacey swiss cheese
- 1/2 stick butter
- baking pan
Start by preheating your oven to 350F – and melt the 1/2 stick of butter!
Cut the rolls in half and lay the bottom portion on the baking pan. Spread on half of the butter.
Add the Ham, then the Cheese, then the other half of the melted butter.
Put the top of the rolls on.
Bake until the cheese is melted / the tops of the rolls are a little bit crunchy brown.
** I also put asparagus into the oven at the same time… in 2 inches of water with salt and pepper. The asparagus was done about 10 minutes after the biscuits, which was just enough time for the biscuits to cool off!
