Y’all I’m trying real hard not to eat pasta every day. It’s definitely my favorite food group, but I’m trying my best to keep the pasta to about once a week.
So, if it’s only once a week, it better be the best dang pasta there ever was! Well… enjoy!
COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES
Boil one box of pasta. We used gemellis!! Add 2 cups of shredded carrots. Boil together until pasta is ready to eat.
While pasta and carrots is draining, combine one bottle of Prego Alfredo and one 6oz bottle of Goya Sofrito Tomato cooking base.
Add 2 tablespoons of Badia Complete Seasoning to the sauce and mix.
Add the pasta and carrots back into the sauce, and add 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
Stir completely, then add 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
